Hi, I’m Kacee — a yoga instructor, wellness coach, and mentor passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies, build strength, and find balance in all stages of life.

With years of experience teaching yoga, pilates, and barre, as well as a background in Ayurveda, I offer a holistic approach to wellness that supports your physical, emotional, and mental health. Whether you’re managing pain, navigating postpartum or menopause, or simply seeking a moment of peace in your busy world, I’m here to guide you with compassion, expertise, and a bit of humor along the way.

My Mission

I believe that yoga is more than just movement—it’s a way to connect deeply with yourself, to establish healthy relationships (with yourself and others), and to create space for transformation. My mission is to empower women to feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies, no matter what life brings.
